Apartment Update

Well today I spent a good part of the day shampooing carpets. I am very happy to say that they are DONE! They actually came a lot cleaner than I thought they would. There were a few red spots that would not come up, so I might have to look online and see if I can find something to take them up with. I have tried several different store bought things, and nothing has worked. I hope I can find something.

Mom's apartment is really starting to come together. I just have to do a few more things. Like put up a blind, a tiny bit of painting, and hang curtain rods and curtains. All the big stuff is done, and that is a humongous relief. I'm pretty confident in saying that she will be moving in a about two weeks. So, not that long. After she gets moved in we will have a lot to do over at her house, getting it ready to rent or sell or both..lol! So we will still have lots to do, but it won't be a huge rush or anything, so that will make it a little better. So, that is your update on Mom's apartment.
